About the role

Established Quality Assurance professional. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Assurance policies, practices, and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality, Execution of daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes in place.
• Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.
• Non-confirming material management process.
• Data compilation of process Quality and MIS Following QAPs and certifying processes.
• Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles Process improvement projects resulting in Quality product.
• Issue of Test certificates to customers as per requirement Executes Quality Assurance project plans and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
• Reviews and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets.
• Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements.
• Conducts collection and analysis of quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs.
• Reviews and analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure on‑going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
