Job summary

Cognizant in India is looking for a Process Mining Data Engineer to strengthen our analytics team in Hyderabad & Bangalore. You will apply Celonis OCPM, build models, and turn data into actionable insights for business processes.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years total experience with 4+ years in process mining, strong Python and SQL, and hands-on AI/GenAI initiatives in PM. You will collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple domains (O2C, P2P, MFG).

Qualifications

• Total 6-8 years of experience with 4+ years in Process Mining.
• Hands-on OCPM experience with Celonis; 2+ projects using OCPM.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data prep, modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of domains such as O2C, P2P, MFG and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI/GenAI initiatives in Process Mining is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and alternative PM tools (Signavio, PAPM, UiPath PM).

Role Name: Process Mining Data Engineer:

Must Have Skills:

• Total of 6-8 Years of total Experience and at least 4+ years in Process Mining
• Hands on OCPM experience in Celonis, developed OCPM models at least in 2 Projects .
• Good understanding of Domains such as O2C, P2P , MFG etc.
• Very Good Stakeholder management.
• Has experience in AI/GenAi initiatives in Process Mining , Any AI / GenAi related assets in process mining / Celonis will be added advantage.
• Solid Knowledge in Python + SQL.
• Knowledge in Microsoft fabric
• Knowledge in any additional process mining tools other than Celonis . ( e.g.: Signavio , Microsoft PAPM , UiPath PM )
