Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Celonis experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Celonis implementations.
• Experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize data models, applications, dashboards, and automations on the Celonis platform to deliver data-driven insights and process optimizations.
• Integrate Celonis applications with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Provide ongoing support for Celonis applications and data pipelines, ensuring high availability and resolving incidents promptly.
• Implement OCPM data models and migrate existing CCPM models to OCPM.
• Develop process improvement solutions using Automation Builder and AI capabilities.
• Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate and align business requirements with technical implementation teams.

The role requires strong hands-on development capabilities combined with coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of Celonis initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize data models, applications, dashboards, and automations on the Celonis platform to deliver data-driven insights and process optimizations

Required Qualifications

Work Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience
• Proven hands-on experience with Celonis implementations

Technical Expertise

• Strong expertise in Process Mining using Celonis
• Deep knowledge of Data Modeling and PQL
• Experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
• SAP HANA, SQL, Python
• Basic understanding of GenAI capabilities (nice to have)
