Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GN - SC&O - BPM - Process Mining - Data Engineering - Consultant to design and implement data pipelines and models for process mining projects across multiple Indian cities including Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurugram and Pune.

Be the design and implementation engineer who can build data pipelines, data models and ETL layers for process mining, leveraging tools like Celonis and Signavio. Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA from tier 1 business school
• 2+ years of experience with understanding of process mining
• Hands-on experience identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool (Celonis/Signavio)
• Experience with data modelling, data transformation and data analysis
• Strong communication skills for diverse clients and teams

• Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool, such as Celonis/Signavio and so on
• Certified expertise as functional value architect for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, Power automate process mining
• Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be process
• Good understanding/experience of process mining in SAP transformations or if you have supported mining/process design/journey definition initiatives in SAP projects
• Experience with automation solutions will be a plus
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modelling, process discovery, process analysis and insights
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

• MBA from tier 1 B school is an added benefit.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Experience with data modelling, data transformation, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, MYSQL etc is critical and will be required while creating data models.
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modelling, process discovery, process analysis and insights. Experience on python is an added benefit.
• Strong experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and Power automate Process Mining.
• Certified expertise as data analyst for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, Power automate process mining etc
• Good understanding/experience of process mining in SAP transformations or if you have supported mining/process design/journey definition initiatives in SAP projects.
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
