Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Process Mining Analyst in India to develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and build data extraction pipelines with both standard connectors and custom integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, CS, statistics or related field.
• Experience with Celonis Process Mining and SQL data pipelines.
• Certifications in data engineering or Celonis are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Set up data extraction pipelines with out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Utilize Celonis ETL capabilities: Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Create custom Celonis activities using Vertica SQL.
• Optimize performance of data pipelines and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies.
• Own deliverables end-to-end from build through testing and handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities - Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
• Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover.
