Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience with 3–5 years in process mining, Celonis focus.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Celonis deployments in complex environments.
• MBA is mandatory; certifications in Celonis, PMP, Prince2 or Agile are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Celonis-based process mining implementations from inception to closure.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery aligned with schedules.
• Deploy and monitor the Internal Control Framework across business functions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Process Mining Professional with hands‑on expertise in Celonis-led implementations to lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. The role demands strong leadership, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive value realization through data‑driven insights and process excellence. You will be responsible for independently executing Celonis implementation projects, establishing internal control frameworks, and ensuring delivery excellence with timely outcomes and high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Celonis-based process mining implementation projects from inception to closure
• Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery in alignment with defined schedules and objectives
• Deploy and monitor the Internal Control Framework across multiple business functions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define project scope, business objectives, and delivery plans
• Manage and optimize resource allocation across parallel engagements for maximum efficiency
• Identify and proactively address project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers
• Maintain continuous visibility to senior leadership regarding project progress, health, and escalation needs
• Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Serve as a coach and motivator for project teams, fostering collaboration and results‑driven performance
• Review project deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to internal and external stakeholders
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with process design insights and Celonis-specific solutions
• Establish and refine program management standards, tools, templates, and metrics
• Monitor and track project budgets, financial performance, and profitability metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of overall experience, with at least 3–5 years in process mining, specifically with Celonis
• Proven experience in leading enterprise‑level Celonis deployments in complex environments
• Solid understanding of process discovery, enhancement, and conformance techniques
• Strong experience with business process optimization, automation, and controls implementation
• Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and risk management
• Hands‑on experience working across functions like Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Educational Qualification

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Required
