Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Process Mining specialist to drive data-driven transformation for clients. You will design KPIs and dashboards, develop insights-driven visualizations, and work with leading Celonis components to enable execution-focused decision-making.

The role emphasizes SQL/PQL/Signavio-based data modeling, MultiEvent Log structures, and familiarity with OCPM concepts, with exposure to Celonis AI features to enhance mining capabilities.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize SQL, PQL, and Signavio Signal queries for data modeling and analysis.
• Implement MultiEvent Log structures for complex process scenarios and custom mining requirements.
• Knowledge of OCPM concepts and implementation approaches.
• Experience with Celonis AI features such as Process CoPilot, Insights Explorer, PI Graph, MCP, AI Agents, and the Annotation Builder.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Process Mining technologies and solutions offered by Celonis, Signavio, and related tools.
• Design and develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to specific business processes and client use cases.
• Build endtoend Analysis Dashboards, Execution Apps, and insights-driven visualizations to support operational decision-making.
• Work extensively with Celonis components, including Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models, Simulation, and Data Explorer.

• Design and develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to specific business processes and client use cases.
• Build endtoend Analysis Dashboards, Execution Apps, and insights-driven visualizations to support operational decision-making.
• Work extensively with Celonis components, including Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models, Simulation, and Data Explorer.

Your Profile

• Develop and optimize complex SQL, PQL (Process Query Language), and Signavio Signal queries to support data modeling and analysis.
• Implement MultiEvent Log structures for complex process scenarios and custom mining requirements.
• Knowledge of OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) concepts and implementation approaches.
• It is beneficial for candidates to have implementation experience with Celonis AI features such as Process CoPilot, Insights Explorer, PI Graph, MCP, AI Agents, and the Annotation Builder.
