Core Responsibilities

• Production & Process Control: Directly manage DRI kiln, cooler, and coal injection operations, optimizing parameters (temperature, speed) for maximum yield and quality.
• Troubleshooting: Address process issues, such as ring formation and temperature fluctuations.
• Resource & Efficiency Management: Oversee raw material consumption, minimize waste, and optimize Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) usage.
• Data Analysis: Use KPIs to track and improve process performance.
• Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate shutdowns for repairs and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
