Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Jhagadia seeks a Hiring Process Manager with a decade of industry experience to lead process safety initiatives and SOP development. The role emphasizes HAZOP, SIL, HIRA, and root cause analysis within chemical operations.

You will guide pre-commissioning and commissioning of new plants, collaborate with R&D for scale-up, and drive uptime and efficiency improvements across process safety, energy, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in chemical/process industries.
• Experience with HAZOP, SIL, HIRA, and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with instrument control logic and chemical unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Design SOPs and provide process safety training to operations team.
• Ensure HAZOP studies are completed and action plans implemented.
• Monitor process, safety, quality & energy systems and identify improvement areas.
• Drive preventive maintenance planning to minimize breakdowns.
• Investigate incidents, quality complaints & process deviations within timelines.
• Ensure smooth pre-commissioning & commissioning of new plants.
• Work closely with R&D for scale-up from lab to commercial production.
• Drive process efficiency improvements, catalyst optimization & uptime enhancement.
• Carry out PSSR for modifications and projects.
• Develop best standard practices within the team.
