Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Hiring Process Manager in Jhagadia, India. The role requires a minimum of 10 years experience in chemical processing, with expertise in HAZOP, SIL, HIRA and root cause analysis. You will design SOPs, train operations teams, and drive safety and efficiency across projects.

The candidate will oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning of new plants, and collaborate with R&D for lab-to-production scale-up, ensuring uptime and robust process safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical/process industries.
• Proficient in HAZOP, SIL, HIRA and root cause analysis.
• Experience with process safety and scale-up from lab to production.
