Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bharuch is seeking a Shift Manager (Process Engineering) to oversee plant operations and monitor processes across A/B/C and general shifts. The role targets AM/DM level with a BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and 8–12 years of experience.

You will lead plant performance improvements, ensure safety and compliance, support debottlenecking projects, and handle maintenance permits, making critical decisions during shifts.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant process engineering and shift management.
• Experience in plant operations, safety and compliance is desired.
