Job summary

Marsh Risk India, part of Marsh McLennan, seeks an Executive Vice President to lead the Marsh Multinational practice in Bengaluru. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

You will manage large multinational client programs, oversee risk placement and complex property, marine and liability programs, and collaborate with underwriters and clients to design terms and negotiate with insurers.

• Abilitytohandlelargetomid-sizemultinationalclientsforplacementanddesigningcomplexpropertyprograms
• IndepthknowledgeonlargeProperty,Marineclaims,EB
• Responsibletohandlecomplextransactionsandmid-sizedclients.
• Capableofdataminingandidentifyingbusinessopportunities.
• Studyingtheclient'sexistingportfolioandconsultingtheclientinmanagingtheirrisks.
• Doinggapanalysisoftheexistingpolicies,suggestingbettertermsandnegotiatingthesamewiththeinsurers.
• Connectwithpeers,clients,prospectstogeneratebusinessleads.
• Coordinationwithseveralstakeholders-Underwriters,ClaimsConsultants,SurveyorsandClientsforallInsurancerelatedrequirements,documentations.
• DealwithPropertyandLiabilityunderwritersforclientrequirements.
