Position Overview

The EMR Operations Sr Process Expert is responsible for managing day‑to‑day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.


• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.


• Handle and resolve vendor and local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.


• Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.


• Support business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.


• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process alignment and operational excellence.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.


• Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement.


• Support management reviews with data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Process Excellence & Controls

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream operational processes.


• Make informed decisions based on the end‑to‑end operational impact.


• Drive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Review operational processes from a control and compliance perspective and implement appropriate controls.


• Ensure adherence to EMR policies, equipment repair procedures, and industry standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support special projects, audits, and ad hoc operational activities as required.

Contribute to business transformation and automation initiatives.

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
