Job summary

Maersk Line Limited in Chennai, India seeks a Jl1 Process Expert to ensure fast, accurate system processing and high-quality data entry, while delivering on KPIs as an individual contributor.

You will troubleshoot process issues, map end-to-end flows, create IOP/SOP documentation, and ensure data quality for customer, vendor master data and standard material codes. Testing end-to-end files and reporting capabilities will be part of the role, with alignment to project teams and GPLs.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
• Troubleshoot process issues and identify root causes.
• Understand process maps and create IOP/SOP documentation.
• Ensure data quality for customer, vendor master data and standard material codes.
• Test end-to-end files, process flows, data flows and reporting capabilities.
