Job summary

Xceedance in Gurgaon seeks a Process Expert- Policy Service for the APAC region to manage core policy operations. You will understand the end-to-end insurance business, input data into systems, and process policy requests with accuracy, aiming to meet SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years in property and casualty insurance, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support the team and client expectations.

Position Title: Process Expert- Policy Service (APAC Region)

What you’ll be doing:

• Understand end-to-end insurance business
• Analyse and input data into systems / databases
• Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
• Bind/Issue policies/Process Endorsement / invoices on behalf of the client
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle
• Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
• Productivity

• Timely maintenance of the various work trackers

• Graduates or post-graduates
• 3 to 5 years of property and casualty insurance experience
