Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Process Executive for its Sachin - Surat facility to join the chemical manufacturing team.

The role requires 4 to 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical. On-site work with exposure to process design, material balances, and safety system improvements. The candidate will design processes, prepare and review PFDs/P&IDs, conduct HAZOPs, and contribute to cost-optimization efforts while ensuring safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• Strong process design and balance calculation understanding.
• Familiarity with PFDs, P&IDs, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering for processes (basic, detailing & improvement).
• Prepare material balances, PFDs, heat balance and capacity calculations.
• Prepare & review P&IDs and generate design documents (PFDs, P&IDs).
• Carry out HAZOP as per PID and execute per finalized document.
• Prepare material balance of new products and heat balance for norms.
• Estimate batch sizes based on product parameters and equipment size.
• Drive time-cycle reduction and efficient product setups.
• Implement cost-effective improvements in raw material use, yield, and debottlenecking.
• Reduce occupancy and overheads; control fixed costs.
• Involve in improving safety systems (fire hydrants, blanketing, relief devices, N2 in clean room, heat detector system).

Position: Process Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement)
• Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations for a product.
• Preparation & review of P&IDs as per standards. Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s).
• Responsible for carrying out HAZOP as per PID and execution is done as per finalized document.
• Preparation of material balance of new products, Heat balance for various products for getting norms.
• Estimating batch size by considering product parameters and equipment size
• Time cycle reduction and product setup.
• Implementation of cost-effective improvement projects in terms of Raw material, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment
• occupancy and reduction overhead & fixed cost.
• Involving in improving of safety systems viz; fire hydrants system, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system in clean room, heat detector system
