Job summary

Bunge in India is seeking a Senior Executive-Process to maintain and operate the edible oil refinery, hydrogenation and fractionation plant at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The role contributes to safety, efficiency and cost targets within Industrial Operations.

Reporting to the Manager- Process, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in edible oil refinery and a B.Tech in oil technology or chemical engineering, with emphasis on Kaizen and process optimization.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in oil technology or chemical engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in edible oil refinery environments.

Responsibilities

• Reduce repairs and maintenance costs.
• Maintain safety frequency and severity indices per company targets.
• Control consumption of utilities, chemicals and manpower per budgeted figures.
• Reduce variable costs at processing centers – refinery/boiler house – against budgeted numbers.
• Increase efficiency of each section by reducing downtime and improving output.
• Improve process activities by Kaizen in the work area.
• Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Review refinery standards and optimize processes.

Role Purpose Statement To Maintain to shift activity for edible oil refinery, Hydrogenation and fractionation plant operation.

Main Accountabilities

• To reduce repairs & maintenance cost.
• Maintain Safety frequency & severity Index as per Company Target.
• To maintain consumption of utilities, chemical & manpower as per the budgeted figures.
• To reduce variable cost at processing centers – refinery / boiler house against budgeted nos.
• To increase the efficiency of each section by better output and reduced down time.
• To improve process activities by adopting Kaizen in the work area.
• Weekly/ Monthly MIS report generation.
• Review refinery standards and process optimization.
