Job summary

Aspire Management Solution in Pune is seeking a specialist to lead cost-improvement and energy-conservation initiatives at the manufacturing plant. You will run cost-improvement projects, implement solutions for operational issues, and drive action plans with the production team to reduce costs.

Responsibilities include brown-field projects, energy balance calculations, capacity improvements via cycle-time reduction, and process modifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive cost-improvement initiatives and apply lean principles.
• Experience with energy balance calculations and process optimization is desirable.
• Familiarity with integration of improvements within production teams and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead brown field projects and commissioning activities.
• Perform energy, steam, power, and water reduction efforts.
• Execute cost-improvement plans and share best practices with production teams.
• Coordinate with design, R&D, QAQC, HR, vendors, consultants, and auditors.
• Utilize DCS/interlocks knowledge and apply Kaizen/SAP where applicable.

Job description

Purpose of the Job/Job Mission

To Run the Cost improvement project agenda.

To Contribute to the sustainability project.

Innovating new ideas to reduce / optimize energy consumption and work as part of a team for energy conservation and achieve cost reduction

Implementing solution related to plant troubleshooting, operational issue, drive completion of action plan, execute cost improvement project & share best practises with production team.

Responsible for tracking & ensuring the successful execution of Continuous improvement

plan.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Brown field projects & commissioning experience.

Equipment erection & Permit system Experience system knowledge.

Material balance, Energy balance calculations. Yield calculation, Theoretical and actual gap identification

Energy conservation - steam, power and water reduction.

Capacity enhancement through cycle time reduction of bottleneck stages.

Waste reduction through process modification and recovery of value-added products.

Knowledge of Unit operations -Distillation columns, Reactions, extraction, filtration, washing.

Experience on DCS system, interlocks.

Utility-cooling tower, chiller, Nitrogen, boiler. Etc

HAZOP, PSSR, 5 S, Kaizen, SAP.

Knowledge about layout, structure etc.

Coordination with Production, design, R&D, Project, QAQC, HR, Vendors, consultants, Auditors.
