Job summary

Black Turtle in Mumbai seeks an experienced IC role for Process Transformation & Design Thinking, leading end-to-end redesigns across Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance. You will reengineer complex processes, use data insights, and drive automation via RPA, AI, and low-code tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, strong knowledge of O2C/P2P optimization, and proven leadership in change management and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation or BPR.
• Certified Black Belt from ASQ.
• Strong design thinking, process mapping and business process modelling.
• Proven optimization in Logistics and Finance (O2C, P2P, RTR).
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign using Design Thinking and human-centered methodologies.
• Reengineer processes in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, O2C and Finance.
• Use data insights to identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities in logistics and finance using RPA, AI, and low-code tools.
• Define and support the automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with ERP/IT teams to ensure scalable, ERP-compliant solutions.
• Develop ROI models and business cases for automation initiatives.
• Support UAT, change management and rollout activities.
• Define KPIs, dashboards and monitoring mechanisms for ongoing optimization.
• Stakeholder management and change leadership; advise leadership.

IC role

Key Role Responsibilities:

Process Transformation & Design Thinking

• Lead end-to-end process redesign engagements using Design Thinking and human-centred methodologies.
• Reengineer complex business processes particularly in Logistics, Supply Chain,Procurement, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
• Use data insights and process mapping tools to identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunities.

Automation Strategy & Implementation

• Identify automation opportunities in logistics and finance workflows using RPA, AI, and low-code tools.
• Define and support the automation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to design solutions that are scalable and ERP-compliant.
• Develop ROI models and business cases for automation initiatives.
• Partner with Oracle Fusion ERP functional consultants and IT teams to ensure redesigned processes are aligned with system capabilities.
• Support UAT, change management, and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Define KPIs, performance dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms for ongoing optimization.
• Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
• Act as a transformation advisor for leadership, providing insights and recommendations backed by data and design-led thinking.

Skills & Competencies:

• 812+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or BPR.
• Certified Black Belt from ASQ
• Strong expertise in Design Thinking, process mapping, and business process modelling.
• Proven experience in Logistics and Finance process optimization (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Warehouse Ops, Transportation, RTR, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or related modules).
• Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, Power Platform, UiPath, AI automation etc.).
