Job summary

Black Turtle seeks a senior transformation leader to drive process excellence, business transformation and ERP-enabled changes across finance and supply chain. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules and a strong background in O2C, P2P, inventory and logistics optimization.

The candidate should demonstrate excellence in cross-functional leadership, communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Certified Design Thinking Expert credential is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion-enabled process transformation is required.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement) preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across functions and geographies.
• Drive design thinking-led process improvements and mapping activities.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain and IT teams to implement ERP-enabled changes.
• Mentor teams and manage stakeholder expectations at the executive level.

Job description

812+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or BPR.

Certified Black Belt from ASQ

Strong expertise in Design Thinking, process mapping, and business process modelling.

Proven experience in Logistics and Finance process optimization (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Warehouse Ops, Transportation, RTR, etc.).

Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or related modules).

Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, Power Platform, UiPath, AI automation etc.).

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and above.

Certified Design Thinking Expert

Knowledge of best practices in Oracle Fusion-enabled process transformation.
