Job summary

• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives focusing on manpower, layout and conversion cost.
• Lead work content analysis (WCA), LCA studies and cycle time analysis for plant processes.
• Benchmark manpower deployment and process cycle time across locations.
• Drive layout modifications for lean flow of manpower, material and process.
• Execute digital initiatives: FIFO traceability, rectifier efficiency, poke-yoke interlocks, compressor monitoring.
• Support CAPEX proposals for new plant setups and productivity enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams on automation and cost-saving ideas.
• Prepare and track labour, fuel and power budgets for the plant.
• Standardise cycle times, manpower norms, and operator engagement types.
• Ensure timely review and closure of all identified projects.
• Initiate & coordinate Process Standardization & related improvements.
• Identify the Renewable Energy source & coordinate till implementation.
• Improvement of development and maintenance part in critical M/Cs.
