KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze complex business processes and design automation solutions using Xceptor, API Integrations, and other low-code/no-code platforms such as Kissflow and Sigma Computing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks, workflows, and integrations to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Apply data analysis techniques to extract insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance procedures for automation projects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate automation with existing systems and ensure seamless adoption across business functions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, contributing to a culture of innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs in the Africa Region and proactively propose solutions.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in process automation/engineering, with focus on Xceptor, Kissflow, or Sigma Computing.
- Hands-on expertise in Xceptor (Core & Recon Hub) – including custom workflows, maker/checker functionalities, data processes, and dataset handling.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Proven background in delivering automation solutions in banking, financial services, or energy industry is preferred.
- Strong exposure to handling diverse input formats/channels and data change events.
- Technical Skills: Required: SQL, Xceptor, Low Code Technologies, Sigma, Python, JavaScript
- Desired/Advantageous: Databricks, cloud, Odoo
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
