Outpace Consulting invites Graduates and UG freshers to apply for International Customer Support roles in Noida and Gurgaon. You will handle Voice/Chat/Blended interactions, assist with product queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to customers. Shifts are 24x7 rotational with 5 days on and 2 rotational offs.

Noida offers a CTC of 3.04 LPA with in-hand around 18,500/month plus 4,000/month transport. Gurgaon offers 20,000–25,000 in-hand monthly.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with customers through Voice, Chat or Blended channels, understand their concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
