Cariva is hiring a Customer Retention Executive for our international U.S. process, based in Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata. You will engage customers via voice, chat and blended channels, resolving queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Open to freshers and experienced candidates with 12th pass and above and excellent English. The role offers health insurance, provident fund and performance-based growth opportunities.
