You will work from our Hinjewadi Phase 2 office, supporting employees and HR teams in the United States.
This role involves working evening/night hours aligned with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and update employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans; process benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes as per US guidelines.
