Aufgaben

• 1. Accounting daily Journal entries for cash/bank transactions with relevant docs; Capital calls & Distributions
• 2. Perform cash/bank reconciliations regularly
• 3. Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations quarterly
• 4. Monitor cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions
• 5. Perform bank accounting reconciliations regularly
• 6. Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual financial statements with supporting docs
• 7. Preparation and review of partner capital statements and waterfall schedules
• 8. Prepare and review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses
• 9. Prepare and review partner capital activity - capital calls, distributions, transfers, etc.

• 1.Accounting daily Journal entries for cash/bank transactions in accordance with the relevant supporting docs as per agreed quality and turnaround time (TAT) with clients Preparing/accounting for adhoc Fund accounting deliverables like Capital Call, Distributions with accuracy
• 2.Perform cash/bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• 3.Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations on a quarterly basis
• 4.Monitor the cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions on a regular basis
• 5.Perform bank accounting reconciliations on a regular basis
• 6.Hands on experience in preparing and review of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual Financial Statements with supporting documentation.
• 7.Preparation and review of partner capital statements and waterfall schedules
• Prepare and review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses etc.
• 8.Prepare and review partner capital activity- capital calls, distributions, partner transfers
• 9.Prepare and review various fee calculations eg. Management fee calculations, carried interest allocations in accordance with the Fund documentation.
