Hyrix in Hyderabad is seeking a Team Manager & SME (Subject Matter Expert) for private equity fund accounting, waterfall calculations, capital calls, distributions, NAV, and management fees. The role demands leadership of a PE team and hands-on fund accounting deliverables.

The position involves preparing monthly/quarterly statements and valuations, monitoring cash flows for capital calls, and ensuring accurate fee calculations in Geneva/Investran environments. Night shift, WFO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of private equity experience.
• Team handling experience of 1+ year.
• Hands-on fund accounting and PE reporting.
• Experience with capital calls, distributions, water fall, NAV.

Responsabilités

• Accounting daily journals for cash/bank with client docs.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions with accuracy.
• Perform cash/bank reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and portfolio valuations.
• Monitor cash flows for capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare and review partner capital statements and waterfall schedules.
• Prepare and review fee calculations (management fee, carried interest).

Hiring For Private Equity Location: Hyderabad Us Night shift, WFO Notice - upto 1 month Role : Team Manager & SME (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT) SKILLS : Private equity, Fund Accointing, Water fall , capital calls, distributions , NaV, Management fee TM - 8+yrs of exp in private equity with Team Handling exp of 1+yr SME - 4+yrs of exp in private equity NOTE - 30% Hike given on ur last drawn.

Tools required : Geneva/ Investran

1. Accounting daily Journal entries for cash/bank transactions in accordance with the relevant supporting docs as per agreed quality and turnaround time (TAT) with clients Preparing/accounting for adhoc Fund accounting deliverables like Capital Call, Distributions with accuracy
2. Perform cash/bank reconciliations on a regular basis
3. Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations on a quarterly basis
4. Monitor the cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions on a regular basis
5. Perform bank accounting reconciliations on a regular basis
6. Hands on experience in preparing and review of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual Financial Statements with supporting documentation.
7. Preparation and review of partner capital statements and waterfall schedules Prepare and review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses etc.
8. Prepare and review partner capital activity- capital calls, distributions, partner transfers
9. Prepare and review various fee calculations eg. Management fee calculations, carried interest allocations in accordance with the Fund documentation.
