Hyrix in Hyderabad is hiring for Senior Private Equity roles: Team Manager (8+ yrs) or SME (4+ yrs) with fund accounting, waterfall, capital calls, distributions, NAV, and management fee expertise.

Role is night shift, on-site, with up to 30% hike on last drawn and CTc up to 20 LPA for TM and 11 LPA for SME; Geneva/Investran experience preferred. Join our PE operations team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in private equity with team handling experience
• Strong knowledge of waterfall calculations, capital calls, distributions
• Experience in preparing financial statements and fund accounting deliverables

Responsabilités

• Accounting daily journal entries for cash/bank transactions with supporting docs
• Perform cash/bank reconciliations regularly
• Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations quarterly
• Monitor cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements with supporting documentation
• Prepare and review partner capital statements and waterfall schedules
• Prepare and review capital activity (capital calls, distributions, transfers)
• Prepare and review various fee calculations (management fees, carried interest)

Location: Hyderabad Us Night shift, WFO Notice - upto 1 month Role : Team Manager & SME (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT)

SKILLS : Private equity, Fund Accointing, Water fall , capital calls, distributions , NaV, Management fee

TM - 8+yrs of exp in private equity with Team Handling exp of 1+yr , ctc upto 20lpa

Tools required

1. Accounting daily Journal entries for cash/bank transactions in accordance with the relevant supporting docs as per agreed quality and turnaround time (TAT) with clients Preparing/accounting for adhoc Fund accounting deliverables like Capital Call, Distributions with accuracy
2. Perform cash/bank reconciliations on a regular basis
3. Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations on a quarterly basis
4. Monitor the cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions on a regular basis
5. Perform bank accounting reconciliations on a regular basis
6. Hands on experience in preparing and review of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual Financial Statements with supporting documentation.
7. Preparation and review of partner capital statements and waterfall schedules Prepare and review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses etc.
8. Prepare and review partner capital activity- capital calls, distributions, partner transfers
9. Prepare and review various fee calculations eg. Management fee calculations, carried interest allocations in accordance with the Fund documentation.
