Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Personal Chef in premium households or luxury kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of healthy, low-calorie, high-protein meals.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent time management and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages).
• Create calorie-tracked menus with variety while maintaining taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations including grocery planning, ingredient sourcing, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the celebrity’s nutritionist or fitness trainer to align meals with fitness goals.
• Ensure timely meal service and flexibility with schedule adjustments as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen area.
• Innovate and experiment with healthy recipes using Indian and global cuisines.
• Handle inventory management and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.

A renowned South Indian movie star is seeking a full-time personal chef to manage daily meal preparation at their private residence in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about healthy, flavourful, and calorie-conscious cooking, with experience in customised diet planning and fitness-focused meal preparation. This is a live-in position with accommodation and meals provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages) as per the celebrity’s dietary preferences and nutritional goals.


• Create balanced, calorie-tracked menus with variety while maintaining taste and presentation.


• Manage kitchen operations including grocery planning, ingredient sourcing, and hygiene standards.


• Collaborate with the celebrity’s nutritionist or fitness trainer (if applicable) to align meals with fitness goals.


• Ensure timely meal service and flexibility with schedule adjustments as needed.


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen area.


• Innovate and experiment with healthy recipes using Indian and global cuisines.


• Handle inventory management and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.
