As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to dosas, idlis, sambar, and various curries.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including commis and other cooks, to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Participate in special events and catering as required.
