Position Overview

The Assistant Printing Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the printing department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 printing professionals.

2. Production Oversight:

• Plan and execute daily printing schedules to meet production targets.
• Monitor resource utilization to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols within the department.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the operation of flexo and label printing machinery, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends to improve processes.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Develop and enforce quality control standards to ensure printed materials meet company specifications.
• Regularly review production output to identify and address discrepancies.
