Job summary

Placenest Services Private Limited in Delhi seeks an experienced Plant Operations Leader with 15+ years in printing & packaging to drive end-to-end operations, automate workflows, and integrate MIS and ERP systems.

You will oversee offset presses, die-cutting, lamination, and corrugation, ensuring ISO 9001/14001, GMP, Lean and Six Sigma compliance while optimizing capacity, costs, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in printing and packaging industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations including pre-press, press, and post-press.
• Drive workflow automation, MIS reporting, and ERP integration for operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma standards
• Oversee offset printing (sheet-fed and web-fed presses), die-cutting, lamination, and corrugation processes
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices across departments
• Manage supply chain optimization, vendor development, and raw material procurement (boards, inks, adhesives, films)
• Control OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), machine uptime, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with senior management for capacity planning, cost reduction, and client satisfaction

Experience 15+ Years in Printing & Packaging Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Drive workflow automation, MIS reporting, and ERP integration for operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma standards
• Oversee offset printing (sheet‑fed and web‑fed presses), die‑cutting, lamination, and corrugation processes

• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, production planning, and inventory control
• Hands‑on experience with Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst, and other industry‑leading machinery
• Ability to balance high-volume production with stringent quality benchmarks
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Printing Technology, Packaging, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field
