Winner Screen Machines Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of automated printing machinery and a trusted provider of high-quality printing consumables. Aside from our in-house manufactured goods, we are proud distributors of premium international brands, including Printcolor (Switzerland) inks and Murakami emulsions.

We are expanding our consumables division and are looking for a tech-savvy Sales Executive with deep roots in printing technology to manage and grow our domestic and international consumables business.

The Role & Product Portfolio

This position sits at the intersection of technical expertise and sales. You will be managing a diverse portfolio split into two streams:

1. Manufactured Pad Printing Consumables: Pad printing plates, silicone printing rollers, doctoring blades, etc.

2. Traded Premium Items: High-end screen/pad printing inks (Printcolor), emulsions (Murakami), UV lamps, squeegees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domestic Sales & On-Site Trials: Actively seek out new sales opportunities across India through cold calling, visits, and networking. Travel across India to visit clients/dealers, conduct live product demonstrations, prove product quality, and secure approvals.
• International Coordination: Manage and coordinate with global clients for export orders of consumables via email and phone (No international travel required).
• Client & Dealer Management: Visit existing dealers to understand inventory requirements and generate recurring orders.
• End-to-End Sales Operations: Conduct market research to find prospects, prepare accurate technical quotations, handle customer objections/complaints, and follow up to close deals.
• Order & ERP Management: Process incoming leads (including IndiaMart online inquiries) and enter orders accurately into the ERP system.
