• Graduate with 5–7 years of packaging/FTOP manufacturing experience in FMCG/food processing.
• Experience handling batch coding machines and packaging materials.
• Proficient in maintaining batch coding records and stock documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser batch coding machines and TTO printers.
• Set and verify coding parameters per production requirements.
• Enter and update batch no., manufacturing date, expiry date, MRP, product code and other coding details accurately.
• Ensure correct coding and print quality on every batch.
• Receive, store and issue packaging materials to the production team.
• Maintain stock records of packaging materials and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in packaging materials.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Operate Laser Batch Coding Machines and TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinting) Printers.
• Set and verify coding parameters as per production requirements.
• Enter and update Batch No., Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, MRP, Product Code and other coding details accurately.
• Ensure correct coding and print quality on every batch.
• Conduct regular checks during production to identify blurred, missing, incorrect or misaligned prints.Receive, store, and issue packaging materials to the production team.
• Maintain stock records of packaging materials and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure the correct packaging material is issued for each production batch.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in packaging materials.
• Maintain documentation related to packaging material usage and batch coding.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate required
• 5-7 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing operations in the FMCG or food processing industry.
• Experience handling batch coding machines and packaging materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock documentation.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work closely with production and quality teams.
