Job summary

Hatsun Agro Product in Telangana, India, is seeking a Production Operator to manage on-floor production operations and monitor parameters to ensure finished products meet company standards.

You will follow food safety and ISO-aligned quality standards, update daily production and shop floor stock reports, and implement process improvements to minimize wastage and rework while maintaining personnel safety.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: 12/ITI/DIPLOMA.
• Relevant experience: Fresher or minimum 1–2 years.
• Knowledge: System knowledge and basic machine safety.

Responsibilities

• Handle production operations and monitor criteria to meet company standards.
• Follow food safety and quality standards, policies, procedures, & processes.
• Maintain daily production reports and shop floor stock reports.
• Produce products to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Update new processes/operation techniques to minimize wastage and reworks.

• Operators must known and follow Food Safety Standards & Quality standards, Policies, Procedures, & Processes that are designed & necessary to ensure Safe & Quality Food Products.
• Follow government regulations & ISO Requirements.
• Manpower handling at shop floor.
• Updating daily Production report and shop floor stock report.
• Produce the product to meet out the quality standards & specifications.
• Update new process/ operation techniques to minimize the wastage and reworks.
• Monitor & control the process parameters to maintain the product safety and standard.

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational qualifications : 12/ ITI / DIPLOMA
• Relevant experience : Fresher or Minimum 1- 2 years
