Responsibilities

• Oversee PM Store & Warehouse/Stock management.
• Manage stock of printing and packing materials and process procurement orders.
• Prepare regular reports on PM and Office Supplies.
• Maintain and update PM stock databases.
• Ensure inventory levels meet delivery timelines to customers.
• Handle GRN/Gate passes for PM activities.
• Coordinate with Production/Unit Manager on printing priorities.
• Monitor and supervise batch printing operators and printing machines.

JOB Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Printing & Packing Material InCharge to join our team at Sanjeevani Agrofood Limited. As the Printing & Packing Material Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the batch printing and packing inventory processes to ensure the timely and accurate availability of materials and batch printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Overall InCharge of PM Store & Warehouse/Stock
• Manage office and Packing Material supplies stock and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on PM and Office Supplies.
• Maintain and update PM Stock Databases.
• Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines.
• GRN/Gate pass generation for PM
• Coordination with Production Manager/Unit Manager for priorities for printing work.
• Handling and monitoring of batch printing operators.
• Batch printing computer work.
• Operating of printing machine.
• Get approval before final printing of batch from Unit Manager/Production Manager/QC
• Monitoring the printing machine's maintenance.
• Monitoring the records of wastage.
• Maintaining the availability of printing consumables e.g ribbons, ink etc.
• Reporting will be to C.E.O.
• All other work assigned by the Management.
