WSAudiology in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Identity and Microsoft 365 specialist to join the global Workplace & Identity team. You will own Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid identity infrastructure, while mentoring peers and driving security and reliability.

You will collaborate across regions and work with Architects and Security to strengthen authentication, authorization and directory controls, ensuring operations meet standards and continuously improve outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with Microsoft 365.
• Experience as senior technical contributor or informal team lead.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity environments.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting MFA, conditional access, and security controls.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and related services to ensure reliability and security.
• Own administration, configuration and lifecycle management of Entra ID and 365 services.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes and problem management; act as escalation point.
• Strengthen identity security, privileged access, and directory-service controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security and efficiency.
• Contribute to roadmaps and technical decisions within Workplace & Identity.

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Microsoft 365 specialist to join our global Workplace & Identity team within IT, reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace & Identity. In this role you contributing to the daily operation, support, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Microsoft 365 services. You will work closely with engineers across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions and act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point. This role is well suited for someone with strong leadership potential who is interested in broadening their responsibilities over time while remaining hands-on with technology

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, and related workplace services, sharing expertise and driving technical excellence.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption across the team.
• Own the administration, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they are operated securely and reliably in line with approved standards
• Oversee service health, work on incidents, requests, changes, and problem management, acting as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and operational challenges.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Architects, Information Security and business to strengthen identity security, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and directory-service controls
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security, and operational efficiency, and support the design and implementation of sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to service roadmaps, operational improvements, and technology decisions within the Workplace & Identity domain.

What you bring

• 7 or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and workplace technology environments.
• Experience acting as a senior technical contributor, mentor, or informal leader within an IT team.
• Ambition to grow into a future technical leadership role while remaining hands-on with technology.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity environments
• Experience troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access-related issues, including MFA and conditional access policies
• Solid PowerShell skills for administration, automation, and operational support
• Experience supporting large-scale, highly automated enterprise IT environments
