Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a senior IT professional to administer and enhance Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services in a large, highly automated enterprise IT environment. You will collaborate with engineers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and on-premises AD to drive technical excellence and secure identity services.

The role emphasizes incidents, changes, and problem management, along with improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency in collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and workplace tech environments.
• Senior technical contributor or informal team lead experience.
• Aspires to grow into technical leadership while staying hands-on.
• Experience administering Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity.
• Troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access issues including MFA and CA policies.
• Strong PowerShell skills for administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and on-premise AD.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption.
• Own administration, configuration, lifecycle management, and improvement of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
• Oversee service health, handle incidents, requests, changes, and problem management.
• Work with Infrastructure Architects, Info Security and business to strengthen identity security and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to roadmaps and decisions within Workplace & Identity.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, and related workplace services, sharing expertise and driving technical excellence.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption across the team.
• Own the administration, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they are operated securely and reliably in line with approved standards
• Oversee service health, work on incidents, requests, changes, and problem management, acting as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and operational challenges.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Architects, Information Security and business to strengthen identity security, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and directory-service controls
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security, and operational efficiency, and support the design and implementation of sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to service roadmaps, operational improvements, and technology decisions within the Workplace & Identity domain.

What you bring

• 7 or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and workplace technology environments.
• Experience acting as a senior technical contributor, mentor, or informal leader within an IT team.
• Ambition to grow into a future technical leadership role while remaining hands‑on with technology.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity environments
• Experience troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access‑related issues, including MFA and conditional access policies
• Solid PowerShell skills for administration, automation, and operational support
