Position Description

Responsibilities:

1. Advanced working experience in Golang, Linux/UNIX environment. Good to have experience on C/C++.
2. Exposure to Google (any other) Cloud Services platform.
3. Experience working in Kubernetes (k8s) platform is highly preferred.
4. Experience working in Agile development projects is preferable.
5. Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of OS and system programming (multi-threading, multi-processing, memory management).
8. Troubleshoot any issues with existing features, live on production.
9. Ability to write clean, modular, and loosely coupled code.
10. Ability to understand end-to-end product functionality.
11. Ability to do software design for assigned tasks.
12. Working knowledge of scripting Perl/Python/Shell.
13. Working experience in databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
14. Work closely with team members to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.

1. Use best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work.
2. Demonstrated ability to self-direct and work independently.
3. Demonstrate work ownership and focus to deliver on time.
4. Mentor, groom, and lead junior team members on technical front.
5. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve greater results.
6. Work with teams to achieve desired goals.
7. Demonstrate timely and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Willing to take Agile scrum responsibilities in absence of Scrum Master.

Experience: 9-12 years in Golang under Linux/Unix platform.
