Skills And Competencies

• 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, large-scale, multi-team initiatives with measurable business impact
• Extensive working experience with Microsoft SQL Server: internals, performance at scale, HA/DR architecture, capacity planning preferred
• Strong expertise in Java, Scala, C#, C++, or Python, with extensive experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies, containerized applications, and modern software architecture
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security best practices
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy, lead organizational change, mentor engineering teams, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Demonstrated commitment to engineering excellence through testing, observability, system health monitoring, and continuous improvement practices

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
