Job summary

Cadence System Design and Analysis in India seeks an experienced Product Verification leader to drive quality across multiple verification lines and emerging AI-assisted verification and debug.

You will mentor a PV team, define test strategies, oversee coverage and regressions, and align R&D, product, and customer teams to deliver reliable silicon and software platforms.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in design verification with experience delivering complex programs across multiple products and technologies.
• Strong expertise in verification methodologies, testbench architecture, coverage, debug, regressions, SystemVerilog, and UVM; exposure to simulation, formal, or hardware-assisted verification.
• Proven leadership with track record of building and guiding experienced engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate across R&D, product, field, and customer-facing teams.
• Passion for AI-assisted verification and debugging; experience with Python, automation, or data-driven engineering is valuable.
• Understanding of semiconductor verification workflows and EDA products.
• Excellent technical judgment, execution discipline, and communication skills.
