Job Summary

Presidency School, Nandini Layout, is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead and manage the school in accordance with ICSE curriculum standards. The ideal candidate should have strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to drive academic excellence and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective academic and administrative leadership for the school.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum and adherence to CISCE guidelines.
• Monitor teaching standards, lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and student performance.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate teachers and other staff members.
• Conduct regular academic reviews, classroom observations, and staff development programmes.
• Manage school operations, staff allocation, timetables, and overall discipline.
• Ensure student safety, well-being, and a positive learning environment.
