Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior Financial Due Diligence lead with a Chartered Accountant qualification and 5+ years of FDD experience.

You will mentor a 10–15 member team, lead due diligence efforts for company acquisitions, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role requires sharp business acumen, the ability to navigate legal documents (SPA/SHA/SSA), and a sector-agnostic approach to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD).

Legal Document Comprehension:

• Ability to understand and comprehend legal documents such as SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement), SHA (Shareholder Agreement), and SSA (Share Subscription Agreement).
• Proficient in investment structuring, with a deep understanding of how investments are structured.

Business Acumen:

• Possess a solid understanding of the general business and economic environment, demonstrating a commercial outlook.
• Sector Agnostic approach, adaptable to various industry domains.

Financial Due Diligence Management:

• Manage and execute financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
