Job summary

You will manage legal documents (SPA, SHA, SSA), oversee investment structuring, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for clients, while building strong investor relationships and collaborating across teams.

• Ability to understand and comprehend legal documents such as SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement), SHA (Shareholder Agreement), and SSA (Share Subscription Agreement).
• Proficient in investment structuring, with a deep understanding of how investments are structured.

Financial Due Diligence Management:
