Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of Financial Due Diligence experience to join our advisory team. You will lead assessments of target companies, review SPA/SHA/SSA documents, and work with investors to identify risks and value drivers.

You will mentor junior professionals, manage a 10-15 person team, coordinate client communications, and contribute to deliverables such as reports and presentations across sectors.

Legal Document Comprehension:

• Ability to understand and comprehend legal documents such as SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement), SHA (Shareholder Agreement), and SSA (Share Subscription Agreement).
• Proficient in investment structuring, with a deep understanding of how investments are structured.

Business Acumen:

• Possess a solid understanding of the general business and economic environment, demonstrating a commercial outlook.
• Sector Agnostic approach, adaptable to various industry domains.

Financial Due Diligence Management:

• Manage and execute financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
• Identify and assess issues that may impact transactions and provide insights into their implications.
