You will mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, drive due diligence processes, review legal documents, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for investors and stakeholders.

A strong business acumen, sector-agnostic approach, and ability to manage investor data and queries are essential.

Qualificações

• CA qualification required.

• Proficient in investment structuring, with a deep understanding of how investments are structured.

Business Acumen:

• Possess a solid understanding of the general business and economic environment, demonstrating a commercial outlook.
• Sector Agnostic approach, adaptable to various industry domains.

Financial Due Diligence Management:

• Manage and execute financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
• Identify and assess issues that may impact transactions and provide insights into their implications.

Client Value Delivery:

• Identify and understand key business drivers, ensuring the delivery of valuable services and high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with the target and client at all levels.

Team Collaboration:
