Job summary

Dell Technologies Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Principal Engineer in Service Delivery to design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations, and improve reliability. You will create documentation and handover materials to ensure ongoing success.

You will partner with customers and vendors to identify pain points, resolve issues, and enhance service delivery, while monitoring performance against key metrics and driving efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Supply chain operations expertise and forward/reverse logistics knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, and similar data analysis tools.
• Effective communication across multiple organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
