Job summary

Dell Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Engineer, Service Delivery, to implement and optimize services, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear technical updates. You will contribute improvements to tools and procedures while driving customer outcomes.

Join us to lead end-to-end deployments, migrations, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure, and to mentor engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, and supporting Dell infrastructure across compute, storage, virtualization, HCI, networking, and data protection.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers (R-Series, MX, XE-Series) covering install, config, lifecycle, firmware, troubleshooting, and performance.
• Extensive experience with Dell Unity/PowerStore/PowerVault storage, including provisioning, replication, SAN/NAS, and DR.
• Strong virtualization and cloud infra skills (VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, cluster services, vMotion, HA/DRS).
• Hands-on HCI experience (Dell VxRail, PowerFlex, Nutanix) lifecycle management in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of deep, hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, and supporting Dell infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, networking, and data protection domains, with proven expertise in enterprise and data center environments.

• Expert-level knowledge of Dell PowerEdge server platforms including R-Series, MX Modular Infrastructure, and XE-Series GPU/AI-optimized servers, covering installation, configuration, lifecycle management, firmware upgrades, hardware troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Extensive experience with Dell Enterprise Storage solutions including Unity, PowerStore, and PowerVault, with strong skills in storage provisioning, replication, SAN/NAS architectures, performance tuning, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Strong expertise in virtualization and cloud infrastructure technologies including VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VMware Cluster Services, vMotion, HA, DRS, virtual networking, and enterprise workload migration projects.

• Hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms including Dell VxRail, PowerFlex, and Nutanix, covering architecture, deployment, expansion, upgrades, health monitoring, and lifecycle management of enterprise HCI environments.
