BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 13+ years prior relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 11+ years prior relevant engineering experience Excellent structural analysis experience on compressor hardware, especially Rotors, casings and kinematics Strong technical skills in structural engineering tools & methods Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and all levels of management Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Broad understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and associated components Results focus and the ability to drive tasks to completion through disciplined execution
