Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer with an AI/ML background to lead digital verification for next-generation microcontrollers and wireless products.

You will guide verification strategies, coordinate with global teams, and ensure robust testbenches that cover IP- and SoC-level scenarios. Responsibilities include building advanced verification environments using UVM and formal methods, integrating AI/ML-driven EDA tools, and delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• 10+ years in functional verification of complex SoC designs.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog, C testcases, UVM and formal verification methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven EDA tools and scripting for flow integration.
• Experience working with global cross functional teams.
• Proven experience building IP-level and SoC-level verification environments using UVM and/or formal verification Testbenches.
• Excellent understanding of digital design, RTL fundamentals, and ARM/RISC SoC architectures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality results on time.
